2. Response to DMCA Notices

  • Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, Siff Shop will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  • We may notify the user who posted the material and provide an opportunity to submit a counter-notification if they believe the removal was in error.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the removed material and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Siff Shop reserves the right to terminate the accounts or access of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyrighted material.
